This jumpsuit is designed with a screen-printed vest and shirt as well as a pair of fake tattooed sleeves. The blue velour pants are attached and have snaps along the legs to make for easy diaper changes if need be. The red bandana is included and is decorated with printed skulls. There is also an elastic band in the bandana to ensure a secure fit.
